MANNERS AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP

It’s never too early or too late to learn good Manners and Obedience!

Our approach starts with exactly where you are with your dog and ends with a more symbiotic relationship from the consistency, patience and commitment to regular training sessions and homework.

We set up a training plan after the initial evaluation to prioritize goals before we get started.

Please bring a great attitude and we will guide you down the road to good K9 citizenship!

Let the training games begin!

BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION AND PARTNER IN HEALTH

Did your dog detour into some mischief or does anxiety restrict them from reaching their potential?

We will navigate the journey by identifying what the core reason is behind the behavior and then we outline and guide the steps to help your dog through desensitization and counter-conditioning. We strive to introduce a replacement behavior that you all can embrace.

An evaluation is a foundational element to an effective training plan and we work in partnership with your veterinarian when it’s necessary to have their medical guidance throughout the training.

RELIABLE RECALL AND OFF LEASH SKILLS

Once the foundations are met for K9 good citizenship, you and your dog have the opportunity to acquire the training to meet criteria to apply for the Boulder Open Spaces Voice and Sight Tag!

Once we have your dog reliably recall trained and you receive your tag, your athlete can enjoy one of the many Boulder open spaces that welcome dogs and their people who have these skills and designation.

We also have options to teach and refine your athlete’s retrieving skills, introduce agility basics, and set up an agility course for you at home Just ask for more details!
